Major investment has taken place over recent years, including the latest technology in computer scanning and optimised cutting equipment, finger jointer and high temperature dryers. This technology together with a highly skilled workforce enables us to produce a timber product of a high standard capable of meeting domestic and overseas market requirements.

McAlpines Manufacturing Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of McAlpines Limited, a privately owned Company, formed in 1954. McAlpines is one of the largest, privately owned, Sawmilling, Timber and Building Materials Groups in New Zealand, employing in excess of 300 staff. McAlpines Manufacturing is the manufacturing arm of McAlpines Limited manufacturing furniture and other solid wood components, outdoor furniture and landscaping products.
